Does your lawyer focus group?

Across the country, top personal injury lawyers are conducting focus groups in preparation for their clients' trial. Focus groups provide attorneys invaluable information to help win the case and maximize the damages recovered. Surprisingly, many Pittsburgh personal injury lawyers are not using mock trials and focus groups to prepare their clients' cases. If you, a family member or friend has suffered a serious injury and are considering hiring an attorney, make sure you find out if the lawyer's firm conducts regular focus groups for trials. And don't just settle for a "yes." Make sure you get a specific response on how they conduct their mock trials, how many they do for a given case and how they have utilized focus group information to help in cases like yours.

I have conducted numerous focus groups to give my clients the best shot at winning at trial and I never cease to be amazed by the priceless information I get each time. Considering settling your significant injury case or taking it to trial by jury without multiple focus groups is, like the saying goes, like bringing a knife to a gun fight.

When you interview a prospective lawyer to help you with a life changing event like aa significant injury lawsuit you have to ask about focus groups. It may be the most important question you ask. Share this post :

  2. Most of us, myself included, tend not to think about involving a jury consultant until after the decision to take a case to trial has been made. This is a mistake, since we tend to develop a kind of tunnel vision about the quality of our case or defense, and pass that on to influence our clients. Instead, it’s imperative to consider the social zeitgeist or what is happening in the collective social consciousness as well as understand the predictable places where laypeople will deviate from how lawyers think when valuing a case or deciding whether to take it to trial.” Good jury consultants should be able to channel into this and inform your case evaluation. I can say that because I have heard and reviewed one of the jury consultant firm i.e Focus Litigation Consulting(FLC).. they Bring clarity to case with jury mock trial, focus groups, and surveys science strategy to minimize legal guesswork and maximize litigation results. So I suggest to hire good Trail jury consultants and gain more confidence, credibility, poise and persuasiveness. Thanks.
