I have filed defective beer bottle lawsuit for an injured bartender. The glass bottle was defective in that it malfunctioned and spontaneously exploded in this man's hand shooting glass into his eye causing blindness. We are proceeding under two theories of product liability- malfunction theory and safer alternative design. Below is a modified version of the complaint that might be of some use to other Pennsylvania plaintiff's attorneys setting out to draft a product liability complaint. It is far from perfect but covers the primary bases and will get you headed in the right direction. Any questions, just email me.

About Brendan Lupetin
I am an advocate for people injured as a result of the negligence, carelessness and intentional acts of others. 100% of my work is for the injured, helping protect their rights from the corporate and insurance industry machine.
I have served as lead counsel in numerous trials decided by jury verdict. In order to secure full value for your injuries, Defendants and insurance companies must know that your attorney is willing, ready and able to take your case to a judge and jury. I prepare every case as though it will be tried to a judge and a jury. To do otherwise is unfair and unjust to those I serve.
It is because of my willingness to try any case that I have obtained favorable monetary recoveries for numerous personal injury clients.
